Job Description
Major responsibilities include:

Prepare dishes based on recipes

Clean all equipment used in the food preparation

Assure that all food safety procedures are followed

Coordinate food prep with other departments as necessary

Follow all sanitation guidelines

Become familiar with new menu items/dishes

Be a team player
Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent

Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred

Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience prefered

Experience with quantity food preparation preferred

Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes

Serv Safe Certificates prefered
